Michael O'Brien, President and Founder
Michael O'Brien established OB Recruitment in 2002 in response to the increased
demand in the market for quality recruitment services. Michael has over 17 years
experience in the recruiting business in the USA and Ireland, in key management
positions within major recruiting/consulting companies.
Prior to the recruitment sector, Michael spent a number of years in application
development/IT management, and he is a Graduate in Information Technology.
Siobhan Leahy, Chief Operations Officer.
Following a successful career with J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc in New
York City, Siobhan utilized her organizational and people skills to help grow OB
Recruitment to the successful company it is today. In her current role, Siobhan
manages all the financial and operational aspects of the business.
Meg Moriarty, Team Leader - Permanent Placements
Meg joined after gaining expertise in the London/UK market, where she
handled permanent vacancies within IT, Management Consultancy and Financial
Services. Her role as a Team Leader - Permanent Placements, is a perfect
match for her excellent recruiting skills, methodical approach, and overall
ability to achieve the client/candidate goals.
